The first residents moved into the newly constructed elderly and disabled person-friendly building on June 8, 1994. 116
residents are now happily settled in our spacious single and double rooms, some of which have their own terrace.
Location
The Wohnpark is idyllically set on a small island of green surrounded by two streams and some ancient trees, while still
enjoying a conveniently central position in the town.
Surroundings
The park around the home, the Nieplitz and the beautiful old town make attractive settings for interesting walks.
Potsdam, the castles Burg Eisenhardt in Belzig and Burg Rabenstein in Raben, and Luther's home city of Wittenberg
are all relatively close by and make fascinating destinations for excursions and day trips.
